A New Adventure in 2024

After two incredible years at Kirschbaum, today marks my final day on the team. I'm so thankful for my time spent at Kirschbaum and for all the relationships I built while there! We built a new Apprenticeship program, raised up incredible mentors, and worked with lots of happy clients. To all the Kirschbaum folks, I will miss you dearly and hope we can stay in touch!

Starting in January, though, I will head off on a new adventure as a Senior Engineer for Zillow Group! I am so excited to join the team and help build a product that I use almost every day! Best of all, I'll get to continue working with Laravel and its ecosystem that I love so much.

On top of the transition to Zillow, I have also stepped into a new role as Filament's Head of Developer Relations. This has been in the works for a little while now, but with the release of my article on Filament 3.1, the move is official! In the coming months, I have two primary focuses. My main focus is to create content for the Laravel community. In addition, I plan to start bringing more of the Filament community into the spotlight! So many community members have amazing projects, so I want to show off the incredible things they've been working on.

The rest of the Filament team and I have some big plans for 2024, so keep your eyes on our Discord and Twitter feed to catch the news as it comes out!
